Transport assistant secretary named LTO officer-in-charge

DEPARTMENT of Transportation (DoTr) Assistant Secretary for Communications Hector A. Villacorta has been designated as officer-in-charge of the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

The announcement was made by the DoTr on Wednesday in a post on its official social media accounts.
