Regulator warns against another 'investment' firm

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has warned the public from transacting with Prolayer Egg Layer Poultry Farming for investments as the firm is operating without the proper license and registration.

The regulator said it had received information about investment-taking activities by the firm, headed by its chief executive officer (CEO) and founder, Anthony Pascual Ebusca or Anton Ebusca, via social media.
