The opening of the 2023 PBA On Tour gives TNT coach Jojo Lastimosa an opportunity to scout for fresh talent as the Tropang Giga continue their roster retooling.

Sure, the face of the Manny V. Pangilinan-owned franchise remains Jayson Castro, but the past two seasons, PBA fans have seen the rise of Filipino-American guard Mikey Williams.
