4 shot dead in Navotas, police launch manhunt for suspects

FOUR people were killed in a shooting inside one the victim's homes in Navotas on Tuesday and police have launched a manhunt for the suspects.

BGen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr. identified the fatalities as Allan Sioson, 49; live-in partner Rosalia Menia, 26; Sally Sapallo, 41; and a 15-year-old boy who was not identified because he was a minor.
