'Significantly lower' inflation expected

INFLATION is expected to fall anew in May and the rest of the year given base effects, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Felipe Medalla said on Monday.

'[Y]ear on year, clearly it will be significantly lower because the base is high,' Medalla said at the sidelines of a FinTech Alliance meeting.
