CEU declares cash dividends

LISTED academic institution Centro Escolar University (CEU) on Monday said its board of directors had approved the issuance of cash dividends equivalent to P0.60 per share.

The dividends, which will be sourced from internally generated funds or unrestricted retained earnings, will be paid on July 25, 2023 to all stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.
