PNR starts construction of Clark-Laguna railway project

THE Philippine National Railways (PNR) has begun the construction of the 147.26-kilometer North-South Commuter Railway Project from Clark in Pampanga to Metro Manila and Calamba City in Laguna, company chairman Michael Ted Macapagal said on Saturday, May 27.

The Asian Development Bank and Japan International Cooperation Agency are financing the project story-making for P873.62 billion, Macapagal said.
