BACOLOD CITY: Negros Occidental Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer said that a majority of mayors covered and served by the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) are supporting the proposed joint venture agreement (JVA) between the co-op and More Power Corp.

Ferrer led a public forum attended by more than a thousand village leaders at the STI-WNU gymnasium in Bacolod City on Sunday, May 28.
