THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) has expressed alarm over the increasing use of counterfeit documents by individuals seeking greener pastures abroad.
Immigration Commissioner Noerman Tansingco said on Sunday that the majority of the cases involving the use of documents were related to Filipinos aspiring to work abroad who were recruited by human trafficking syndicates through social media.
