Japan turns over flood control project in CDO

Second Secretary of the Embassy of Japan Kinoshita Akito and Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan led the inauguration of the Contract Package 2 of the Flood Risk Management Project for Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR) in a ceremony held in Barangay Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City on May 26.
