Will Kyrie Irving make Lakers worse?

BASKETBALL SLEUTH

IT'S easy to hate Kyrie Irving when he's not playing basketball. He always has a bone to pick, and many times, his opinions are not the most logical or sensible. My diplomacy limit has been reached with that sentence.

Irving is the primary reason to justify the 'shut up and dribble' argument, which states that athletes are better off practicing their sport rather than voicing their opinion. Of course, that notion is not totally correct because players should be allowed to advocate their causes. But then, you encounter Kyrie Irving and the flat earth theory, and you begin to understand where that was coming from.
