How to get a scholarship abroad

GETTING a scholarship abroad is the viral topic of the week since 20-year-old Julian Martir, a graduate of Negros Occidental High School, posted that he received offers for 30 scholarship grants from universities in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Julian is the son of a tricycle driver and a vendor, and he allegedly received P104 million ($1.9 million) from 30 universities overseas.
