THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with SM Supermalls to make social welfare programs and services more accessible to the retail giant's clients across the country.
On Friday, May 26, DSWD Secretary Rexlon "Rex" Gatchalian and SM Supermalls president Steven Tan signed the MoA at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, allowing the department to use SM facilities for social protection operations and other activities.
