WATCH: PH braces for super typhoon 'Mawar'
National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) assures the public that the government is prepared for the destructive impact of super typhoon 'Mawar.' The agency advised residents to reinforce their houses to withstand strong winds and to stockpile food for 3 days.
