Converge outplays Terrafirma to open preseason games

Hot-shooting Converge outscored a hapless Terrafirma behind its balanced scoring attack, 119-82, to get off to an explosive start in the 2023 PBA On Tour on Friday at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Young big man Justin Arena, Jeron Teng and Kevin Racal combined for 24 of the FiberXers' 35-point output in the second quarter to turn a four-point lead into a comfortable 57-40 lead by halftime.
