PhilMech director wants extension of RCEF

The Department of Agriculture-Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) wants the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF)- Mechanization Program be extended beyond 2024.

'So, in my honest opinion, the RCEF-Mechanization Program should be extended so more farmers can get their own farm machines,' said PHilMech Executive Director Dionisio Alvindia.
