Toll board keeps options open on highway speed limit

THE Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) is open to suggestions by experts who will look into the conditions of expressways if there are portions where the speed limit can be raised or retained.

The TRB issued the statement upon the filing of House Bill 4089 calling for a higher speed limit in expressways.
