Central Luzon's Gapan City shows care for the elderly

GAPAN CITY, Nueva Ecija: Senior citizens of this city in Region 3 (Central Luzon) seem to be taken care of in their golden years by the local government.

Under 'Batang Gapan,' the elderly here each receive P3,000 cash on their birthday, free cake and pizza, and free movie tickets with a popcorn allowance of P500.
