Tsai vows to keep peace, says war 'not an option'

(UPDATE) TAIPEI: Taiwanese leader Tsai Ing-wen vowed on Saturday to maintain peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait in the face of increased military pressure from China, saying 'war is not an option.'
