PhilGuarantee to return idle properties to SBMA

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The Philippine Guarantee Corp. (PhilGuarantee) is set to return to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) three idle properties with a total area of 22.6 hectares as part of a settlement agreement between parties.

SBMA Chairman and Administrator Jonathan Tan and PhilGuarantee President and CEO Albert Pascual signed the memorandum of agreement (MoA) and the deed of dacion en pago at the SBMA boardroom on Thursday, May 18.
