THE Social Security System (SSS) in Meycauayan Branch imposed a 15-day grace period on six employers in Marilao and Meycauayan, Bulacan because they failed to pay the correct contribution for their workers.
Hilario Ribuyaco, branch head of SSS Meycauayan, said there was P2.2 million worth of unpaid contributions for 87 employees plus P290,294 of penalties that would be charged to delinquent employers.
