(UPDATE) THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the National Police Commission (Napolcom) clarified that former director general Roger Castañeda Dy Jr. was not cleared from the administrative case filed against him in 2014 for his supposed failure to file a leave of absence that later resulted in his dismissal from the service.
