Marcos cites Navy's modernization efforts

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday lauded the Philippine Navy for its continuing modernization and capacity-building efforts, the latest being its acquisition of the 'game-changing' surface-to-air missile (SAM) system.
