PAGUDPUD, Ilocos Norte: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday downplayed the ouster of Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as House of Representatives senior deputy speaker as part of a "reorganization" in the chamber.
On Wednesday, Arroyo was demoted to deputy speaker, and her former post was taken over by Pampanga Third District Rep. Aurelio "Dong" Gonzales Jr.
