44 NPA fighters surrender in Davao

DAVAO CITY: A total of 44 members of the communist New People's Army (NPA) surrendered to authorities on Tuesday, May 16, in a ceremony held at the Barangay Paquibato Proper gymnasium.

The surrenderees were presented under the Peace 911 program, along with members of the 10th Infantry Division.
