VANTAGE POINT

I WROTE an article in 2019 for a Filipino-language scholarly journal that was guest-edited by a colleague and friend who asked me for a contribution. Four years later, that article is in publication limbo as the journal seems to have halted publication; its website says its last issue came out in 2018. If something else came out after that, I do not know.

(Actually, I have two articles in limbo with the said journal.)
