Trudeau wants to be 'best of friends' with Seoul

SEOUL: Canada must become the 'best of friends' with South Korea, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told lawmakers in the East Asian country's capital Seoul on Wednesday, as the two countries seek to counter China's growing regional influence.
