FIRST lady Louise Marie "Liza" Araneta-Marcos led the "Lab For All" caravan in Batangas, an initiative that aims to bring free consultation, laboratory services and medicines to the people.
"In his first SONA (State of the Nation Address), my husband said we must bring medical services to the people and not wait for them to come to our hospitals and health care centers. That's what he said, and I'm here to make sure he delivers on his promise to you," she said during the project's rollout in Dreamzone, Batangas City on Tuesday.
