WITH the housing backlog estimated to be at 6.5 million homes according to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) sought the support of the Mandaluyong Local Government Unit (LGU) for a possible high-rise urban poor condominium project.
