PH-Kuwait talks over OFW visas deadlocked

TALKS between the Philippines and Kuwait over the Gulf state's decision to stop issuing visas to newly-hired Filipino workers ended in a deadlock, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) said in a statement on Thursday.

Both countries held talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Kuwait on May 16 and 17, 2023.
