Marcos eyes revival of PH Sugar Corp

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has pushed for the revival of the Philippine Sugar Corp. (PhilSuCor), a government-owned and -controlled corporation (GOCC) providing assistance to the sugarcane industry.

The President met with stakeholders in the sugar industry in Malacañang on Wednesday to discuss concerns and measures to boost sugar production and develop the sector.
