THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has started its transition to digital public infrastructure technology to better serve the public.
"We are determined to change the perception of government agencies when it comes to technology. We want to attract bright ICT (information and communication technology) talents and technology leaders to join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of our beneficiaries," DSWD Secretary Rexlon "Rex" Gatchalian said on Wednesday.
