CAVITE CITY: Mayor Denver Chua of this locality got an outstanding score of 88.85 percent based on the 'Voices of the People' study of RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) autonomous, noncommissioned performance appraisal survey conducted on February 25–March 8, to lead among the local chief executives of Region 4A (Calabarzon).

Mayor Eric Africa of Lipa City came second with (88.13 percent) and Mayor Abraham Tolentino of Tagaytay City recorded (88.29 percent) for third on RPMD's Comprehensive Review of Region 4 City Mayoral Performance which was evaluated based on seven key parameters: service delivery, financial management, economic development, governance and leadership, environmental management, social services, and public engagement.
