PH, Japan must engage China and US – Manalo

THE Philippines and Japan must continue to engage China and the United States constructively and support calls for Beijing and Washington to 'responsibly manage' their strategic rivalry, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said on Tuesday.

Maritime cooperation, he added, will always be a key feature of Philippines-Japan relations.
