GRAB Philippines is ready to pay a remaining P6.6 million in refunds to users of its ride-hailing services after the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) slapped the firm with a fresh fine.
Sherielysse Bonifacio, Grab Philippines public affairs director, told reporters that the company was "working on the implementation and will be ready to implement as early as Friday" beginning with a publication requirement.
