PH, Canada enter reciprocity agreement for STCW CoC
FILIPINO seafarers and their Canadian counterparts can now apply for endorsements from the respective countries for their Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) Certificate of Competency (CoC).
This means Filipino seafarers can now be hired as crew onboard Canadian-flagged vessels.
