LONDON: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in the United Kingdom on Monday as part of his whirlwind European tour, as London promised to give Kyiv hundreds more missiles and attack drones in an effort to change the course of the war in his country.
Zelenskyy landed by helicopter at Chequers, the British head of government's official country re-treat, and was greeted by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak with a handshake and a hug. It's Zelenskyy's second trip to the UK since Russia invaded Ukraine on Feb.24, 2022.
