Water rationing eyed in 4 Bacolod villages

BACOLOD CITY: Four villages in Bacolod City may be hit by water shortage once the El Niño phenomenon intensifies.

The Bacolod City Water District-PrimeWater (Baciwa-PrimeWater) said that it may resort to rationing water to the four areas.
