Talavera crowns new queen

'EVERY day, we can eat three times a day or more, thanks to our farmers,' Gissella Serrano said during the coronation night of the Binibining Talavera 2023 beauty pageant in Talavera town in Nueva Ecija province on Saturday, May 13.

Serrano's statement impressed a panel of judges, who awarded her the top prize of the pageant.
