THE frontal system and the southwesterly surface wind flow will bring cloudy skies and isolated rain and thunderstorms in most parts of the country in 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
Weather specialist Obet Badrina said the two weather systems are affecting large parts of the country.
