In the last nine years, the Golden State Warriors have reached the NBA Finals six times, winning four titles in the process. Only last season, the Warriors beat the upstart and younger Boston Celtics with their grit, pride and experience to win another championship.

Despite finishing the regular season with a dismal 44-38 record, good for sixth in the Western Conference, many pundits believed that the Warriors were still the team to beat. Their embarrassing blow-out loss to the Lakers in series-clinching Game 6 shows that the Warriors are not the same team that have lorded it over the league for nearly a decade.
