SEN. Francis "Chiz" Escudero on Saturday said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is no longer barred from appointing losers in the May 2022 elections to key government posts.
"President Marcos would not be making an illegal act if he chooses those who ran under his slate or those who have talents. He has the option to select from a pool of talents," Escudero said in a radio interview.
