Cambodia may have tweaked the rules but they are applicable to all. In the SEA Games, there is no limit on fielding naturalized players. All athletes with passports can play for that country. Obviously, they allowed that for a reason. We have three categorized naturalized players. Jordan Clarkson is not naturalized, but he is unfairly categorized as such. Clarkson is also being reserved for the World Cup if he can play as a Filipino citizen.
