3 Arcturus cases detected in Western Visayas – DoH

THREE more XBB.1.16 Covid-19 cases, or the so-called 'Arcturus' subvariant of Omicron, had been detected in Western Visayas based on the latest genomic sequencing.

The samples were sequenced from April 26 to May 6 by the Philippine Genome Center and San Lazaro Hospital.
