OCCASIONS of Bongbong going the China way had been far too many and had not been far too in-between from one another for anybody to keep guessing Bongbong wasn't ever going the US way.
One occasion was the opening of a photo exhibit of milestones in Philippine-China relations spanning the decades from 1975 when diplomatic relations were first established between the two countries. The exhibit took place a good many weeks prior to the settlement by the Guanzon committee of the disqualification issue against presidential aspirant Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Rowena Guanzon had left no stone unturned in making sure Bongbong got disqualified. There had been rumors that had been circulating to the effect that Imee herself shelled out a sizable part of the disqualification payola against Marcos.
