IBON: Economic crunch justifies wage hike

AN independent economic think tank believes a wage hike is justified to help ordinary families weather the economic crisis.

In a recorded video interview with The Manila Times, IBON Foundation Executive Director Jose Enrique 'Sonny' Africa said Filipinos will do anything to survive to get by on a daily basis, but said that Filipinos are way beyond survival.
