BUDGET Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Friday stressed the need to close the infrastructure gap for the Philippines to achieve its economic and social goals.

"Numerous articles have mentioned that the Philippines is two to three decades behind on infrastructure despite the increase in public expenditure. So we need to act fast," said Pangandaman.
