Communist rebel yields in Bulacan

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, City of Malolos: A member of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army (CPP-NPA) surrendered at the Bulacan Police Provincial Office here on Wednesday.

Col. Relly Arnedo, Bulacan Police Provincial Office director, identified the surrenderer as alias 'Ka Arman,' 52, a construction worker and a member of the Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB).
