President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday congratulated Filipina race car driver Bianca Bustamante for her maiden win in the inaugural all-female Formula 1 (F1) Academy in Valencia, Spain.
In a Facebook post, Marcos said the Philippine national anthem played as Bustamante became the first Filipina to ever win an F1 academy race.
