It's final: Comelec affirms Legazpi City mayor Rosal's disqualificatiion

(UPDATE) The Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc will execute with finality on Wednesday, May 10, its ruling to disqualify Legazpi City Mayor Geraldine Barrameda-Rosal from her post which she had won during the May 9, 2022 election.

Rosal failed to secure a temporary restraining order (TRO) or a preliminary injunction from the Supreme Court five days after receipt of the Comelec en banc resolution.
